The service
FreeUpscaler is a free browser tool. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, output quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Because processing happens on your device, results depend on your hardware and browser.
Paid cloud models
The cloud models cost credits, bought in packs and spent per run; the price of each run is shown on the button before you press it. A credit is held when a run is submitted and spent when its result is delivered; a run that fails, or that the provider does not complete, releases the hold. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable and have no cash value. What you upload for a cloud run is your responsibility in the same way as everything else you process here, and the provider’s own acceptable-use rules apply to what its models will process.
Your content
You are responsible for the material you process. Do not use this tool on content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted video or images belonging to someone else. We cannot police this — your files never reach us — so the responsibility is entirely yours.
No warranty, no liability
The tool may fail, produce unexpected output, or be unavailable. Keep your original files. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of this site.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
